Ah, summertime: the perfect time for smoothies. Fresh fruits and veggies are in season and widely available, hot weather makes us crave cold drinks, and hydration becomes more important than ever. When it’s warm, we make smoothies every day, which means there’s plenty of opportunities to experiment with different ingredients and combinations.
