If you’re a fan of cookies and cream ice cream, you’ll love this fun twist! In a bowl, whip molasses, cream, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg. Then, add milk until everything is well-mixed. Transfer to an ice cream mixer and turn for about 15 minutes, adding gingerbread cookies during the last few. Finally, transfer to a container and freeze for at least two hours.
