The 'Super Bowl winning coaches' quiz

Heading into Super Bowl LX, just three head coaches had won the big one before turning 40 years old. Seattle Seahawks second-year head coach Mike Macdonald made that number four with a 29-13 win over New England at Levi’s Stadium.

After spending two seasons as the Baltimore Ravens defensive coordinator, Macdonald replaced Pete Carroll for the 2024 season and won 10 games in his inaugural campaign. Despite double-digit wins in his first year, the Seahawks missed the playoffs for the third time in four years with Geno Smith under center. 

Last offseason, Macdonald and Co. replaced Smith with Sam Darnold, and the rest is history. After their unexpected run to 14-regular season wins and Lombardi Trophy, Macdonald acknowledged the price of success. 

“We know that we’re target No. 1 now,” Macdonald said after the win.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. At 38 years old, Macdonald is the third-youngest head coach to win the Super Bowl. With that being said, can you name every head coach of every Super Bowl champion?
