We’ve reached the month of March, meaning there are fewer than four weeks before the start of the 2026 season. Time is of the essence for some players, including Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll. Carroll has been sidelined for most of camp thanks to a hamate bone fracture. But, he could still be ready for Opening Day.

Carroll could be ready for Opening Day

Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo told the media on February 28 that outfielder Corbin Carroll could be back in time for Opening Day 2026 and the start of the regular season.

Carroll suffered a hamate bone fracture earlier this month in Arizona during preparations for the 2026 campaign.
