The Atlanta Braves added outfielders Eddie Rosario and Adam Duvall on Friday but snuck one more in before the 4 p.m. trade deadline.
The Braves confirmed after the deadline that they've acquired outfielder Jorge Soler from the Kansas City Royals:

Soler heads to the Braves batting .192 with 13 home runs and 37 RBI this season. Per ESPN stats, however, seven of his homers came this month during a power surge that included the 29-year-old belting two round-trippers in back-to-back games.
Soler can hit free agency at the end of the season.
Atlanta's news came shortly after the New York Mets landed two-time All-Star shortstop Javier Baez from the Chicago Cubs. It's believed Baez will move to second base once Francisco Lindor returns from the injured list early next month.
The Braves will begin Friday evening at 51-52 but are only four games back of the first-place Mets in the National League East standings.
