Braves vs. Dodgers: The Atlanta Braves close out their road trip to the West Coast with Game 3 against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday afternoon. The series is tied, with the Braves picking up a 7-2 victory over the Dodgers on Saturday night.
Atlanta dominated the contest from start to finish with both bat and ball. Spencer Strider was at his vintage best, posting 6.0 shutout innings with only one hit and eight strikeouts. The Braves’ lineup was superb top to bottom, with Ozzie Albies and Matt Olson producing two RBIs apiece.
Los Angeles will want to turn the page quickly from Game 2. Blake Snell struggled on his return from the IL, leaving the game after just 3.0 innings and allowing five runs. On the other hand, the Dodgers’ offense made their fans wait until the ninth inning to open their tally.

Bryce Elder is the starting pitcher for the Atlanta Braves in Game 3. They have the best rotation in the MLB, and the 26-year-old is arguably their standout performer of the rotation thus far. He has five quality starts from eight starts, with a 3-1 record and a 2.02 ERA over 49.0 innings.
Justin Wrobleski will be on the mound for the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. The 25-year-old lefty is among the most efficient starting pitchers across the MLB this year despite an extremely low strikeout rate. Yet he has 1.5 bWAR to his name with a 5-0 record and 1.25 ERA.
