Brewers Get Positive Injury Update After Loss to Braves

The Milwaukee Brewers have stolen the best record in baseball from the Los Angeles Dodgers as they continue to fight to keep home field advantage all throughout October.

They have gone 7-3 in their last 10 games while every aspect of the team is clicking.

They are soon to get better with one of the most underrated relievers in baseball.

Left-handed pitcher JoJo Romero was traded to the Brewers from the St. Louis Cardinals as part of the Dustin May trade.

Romero has yet to pitch for the Brewers this season due to Appendicitis, but he is set to return soon.

As announced on Monday. Romero will make a minor league rehab appearance for the High-A Timber Rattlers on Tuesday.

The 29-year-old pitched in 44 games for the Cardinals this season while putting up very solid numbers.

He posts a 3.35 ERA with 43 strikeouts, 16 walks and a 1.30 WHIP across 43 innings pitched..

The left-hander is coming off his best season in 2025 where he pitched to a 2.07 ERA in 61 innings.

Romero should slot in as a mid-late inning reliever for the Brewers, and should be ready to make his debut in Milwaukee later this month.
