The Cincinnati Reds beat the Colorado Rockies 4-2 on Sunday and manager Terry Francona picked up his 2,000th career win as a manager.
Francona, 66, is a two-time World Series Champion. He posted a 1,950-1,672 record in 23 seasons with the Phillies, Red Sox and Guardians prior to this season with the Reds.
The Reds are 50-47 going into the All-Star break. TJ Friedl hit a leadoff home run on Sunday and the Reds never looked back.
