Cincinnati Reds Sign Edwin Rios to Minor League Deal

The Reds have signed Edwin Rios to a minor-league deal.

Rios, 30, spent the entire 2024 season in the Reds organization, appearing in five games for the Reds. He played in 99 games with Triple-A Louisville and slashed .286/.385/.547 with 50 extra-base hits last season.

Ríos has logged time at first base, third base, right field, and left field, providing the Reds with valuable organizational depth and veteran experience across multiple positions.
