The Reds traded outfielder Austin Slater to the Orioles according to C Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic.

It was their final move in what has been a busy two days for the front office. By moving Slater, they clear a roster spot for Ty France, who should be activated in the near future.

The Reds traded for Slater earlier this month. He posted a .111 average in eight games. Infielder Livan Soto was also sent to Baltimore in the deal.

It's unclear what the Reds received in return for the veteran, but we will update this post when it's known.
