Cubs Have Not Acquired Reid Detmers

Despite a report from Michael Cerami of Bleacher Nation, ESPN’s Jesse Rogers reports that the Cubs have not acquired Angels lefty Reid Detmers.

Last night , the Cubs bolstered their rotation with the addition of veteran Kevin Gausman.  Another addition – whether it’s Detmers or someone else – remains logical with less than three hours remaining until the trade deadline.  Keep it here for the latest.
