Former Mets captain David Wright joins 'All-In Challenge' for coronavirus relief efforts

The winner of Wright's auction and three other individuals will receive an all-inclusive pass to a Mets home game alongside the retired infielder. They'll have lunch with Wright, watch batting practice on the field, meet current Mets players, watch the game from seats behind home plate, and receive an autographed jersey and bat, along with other signed memorabilia. 

According to the All-In page, money raised through this auction will go toward Meals on Wheels, No Kid Hungry, America's Food Fund, Feeding America and World Central Kitchen. 

The leading bid was $9,000 as of 5:30 p.m. ET. Bidding continues through the end of April. 

Wright is unquestionably one of the most beloved Mets figures of the past 20 years, one who had his career cut short due to spinal stenosis. The 37-year-old made his last appearance as an active player at Citi Field in September 2018.
