Houston Astros First Baseman Christian Walker has continued to impose his will against the Los Angeles Dodgers. He continued his success on the road against the Dodgers last night. He went 4-of-5 with 4 RBI. His performance included a two-run home run.
Walker has homered in a whopping six consecutive games at the Dodgers. That is tied for the longest home run streak by a player on the road against a specific team. He is also in the midst of hitting 8+ home runs over a six-game span at a road venue. He joined an exclusive list of players to accomplish that feat. He also has the fourth-most home runs(20) in his first 43 games at a venue. His hot streak dates back to last season when he was a member of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Will the star first baseman keep tormenting the Los Angeles Dodgers?

Walker debuted with the Baltimore Orioles in 2014. After playing in the Minor Leagues in 2016, he returned to Major League Baseball in 2017. He spent the next eight seasons as a member of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Walker is coming off back-to-back-back Gold Glove seasons. He will look to make it four seasons in a row. This time as a member of the Houston Astros. He came to Houston after signing a three-year $60 million contract with the team in December 2024.
Walker will look to make history tonight by hitting a home run in his seventh straight game at Dodger Stadium. Houston’s offense will be riding high following an 18-1 drubbing of the Dodgers last night.
