Kyle Schwarber Reacts to Team USA’s Loss in Unexpected Way

Kyle Schwarber and Team USA suffered a huge blow against Venezuela after an intense WBC showdown. The tournament is over, and now it’s time to get back to Major League Baseball. It was a big upset for Team USA, even after Bryce Harper tied the game at the bottom of the eighth.

Venezuela struck first to get two runs on the board. However, Harper’s home run went in vain after Eugenio Suarez stepped up and hit an RBI that helped Venezuela win. Team USA settled for silver after their loss.

Kyle Schwarber was certainly upset, reacting to the loss in an unexpected way. After the game, players of Team USA received their medals, and Schwarber took his off even before he reached the dugout.

It’s hard to face such a huge loss, especially after coming to the end of the line. This could be Schwarber’s last WBC, and he’s certainly upset with the outcome.

It’s rather unlikely that Kyle Schwarber will go the same route. While it’s still not impossible, having the same level of production every year is pretty hard. However, he is still expected to crush around 30 home runs or more. Schwarber will return to camp and prepare for the upcoming season.
