The MLB has suspended Atlanta Braves pitcher Reynaldo Lopez and Los Angeles Angels outfielder Jorge Soler for seven games after they threw punches in a bench-clearing brawl during their matchup on Tuesday. They have also been fined, but the amount was not made public.

The brawl started after Lopez threw a high pitch at Soler in the fifth inning. After briefly exchanging words, Soler charged the mound and both players began throwing punches.

The benches cleared as players and coaches tried to separate the two. Lopez even appeared to land a punch on Soler’s helmet with the baseball still in his hand.

The Braves went on to win the game 7-2 after both players were ejected.
