DEVELOPER NOTES:
Firstly, the biggest change with this update is the bug improvements for Road To The Show. Arguably the most popular mode in the game, RTTS follows your player’s MLB Career from Draft day to retirement. The bug fixes here revolve around a crash that possibly occurred during the Draft Combine if you used a custom roster. Additionally, they fixed another bug that cased the “Go Three!” popup to remain on screen after an outfielder catches a fly ball.
Furthermore, the developer fixed several other bugs across multiple modes. In Derek Jeter Storylines, they fixed a bug that caused soft locking when exiting a moment. In Custom Stadium, they fixed a bug that could prevent that batter’s eye from rotating. Additionally, they made several other bug fixes to improve the experience.
Additionally, this update adds yet another City Connect Uniform. Overall, the Cleveland Guardians’ new city Connect Jerseys are available to use across multiple modes. Lastly, this update also made a few stability improvements and commentary updates.
Overall, that includes everything you need to know about MLB The Show 24 Update 9. We hope this update creates a better performing version of The Show 24 for you to enjoy.
