MLB Insider Jeff Passan of ESPN reported that Bradish's deal is worth $90 million over the next five years, keeping him in Baltimore through the 2031 season.

Bradish was acquired by the Los Angeles Angels in December 2019 in exchange for fellow right-handed starter Dylan Bundy. He was selected by the Angels in the fourth round of the 2018 MLB Draft out of Mexico State.
The 29-year-old was eventually called up by the Orioles during the 2022 season, posting a 4-7 record through 23 starts with a 4.90 ERA, 111 strikeouts and a WHIP of 1.40 in 117.1 innings pitched. Bradish would then take a huge step forward the following season.
In 2023, Bradish made 30 starts and went 12-7 with the fourth-best ERA in all of baseball at 2.83, alongside 168 strikeouts and the third-best WHIP in the majors at 1.04 in 168.2 innings of work. He subsequently finished fourth in the AL Cy Young Award voting that season.
While Bradish would only make a combined 14 starts over the next two seasons after undergoing Tommy John surgery, the right-hander looks like his old self this year. In 19 starts this year, Bradish is 6-9 with a 3.61 ERA, 106 punchouts and a 1.35 WHIP in 107.1 innings pitched.
The Orioles are now hoping that Bradish can not only remain healthy, but also become the frontline ace for their rotation. Baltimore's starting staff has been marred by injuries and inconsistencies over the last couple of seasons.
For his career, Bradish is 25-24 in 86 starts with a 3.50 ERA, 485 strikeouts and a 1.21 WHIP in 465 innings.
