Hunter Greene left the game after five innings and just 85 pitches.
The Reds bullpen came in and did not allow a single hit over four innings to close out the 4-2 win over the Brewers.
After the game, Charlie Goldsmith reported that Greene felt his groin in the fifth inning which is why they decided to pull him from the game.
"We're going to get him an MRI tomorrow at 10 am," Francona said postgame.
Greene gave up two runs on five hits in five innings. He walked three and struck out seven. He threw a first pitch strike to every batter he faced tonight.
