Shota Imanaga had unusual answer to what he misses about Japan

Chicago Cubs pitcher Shota Imanaga has become well-known for his unique personality since he made his MLB debut last year, and he dropped another unique quote recently.

Imanaga was asked in a recent interview what he misses most about his home country of Japan. His answer, as it turns out, is bathtubs, but he has come up with an unorthodox solution to the problem.

“Most houses in Japan have bathtubs,” Imanaga said. “So when I go somewhere without one, I miss the bathtubs in Japan. The place I’m at right now, they don’t have a bathtub. So I bought an inflatable tub which is for kids or babies, and I just put hot water in there, and I’ll just go in there.”
