The St. Louis Cardinals play the second game of their three-game series against the New York Mets tonight. The Mets won the first game last night 4-2. Ahead of today’s game, the Cardinals made some roster moves. First, they sent right-handed pitcher Hunter Dobbins on a rehab assignment to the Memphis Redbirds in Triple-A. They also placed right-handed pitcher Matt Pushard on the 15-day injured list retroactive to March 30th with right knee patellar tendinitis. To make room for Pushard, they have recalled right-handed pitcher Gordon Graceffo from Triple-A Memphis.
