
Happy 29th birthday to four-time MLB All-Star, two-time Silver Slugger, 2022 World Series champion and the newest Los Angeles Dodger, Kyle Tucker!
After playing seven seasons with the Houston Astros, Tucker was traded to the Chicago Cubs for Isaac Paredes, Cam Smith and Hayden Wesneski ahead of the 2025 season. In his one year with the Cubs, Tucker hit .266 with 22 home runs and 73 RBIs while playing 136 games. He was granted free agency after the 2025 season, and earned himself a four-year, $240 million contract with the reigning World Series champs as a birthday present.
In his eight-year career, Tucker has racked up 748 hits, 490 RBI and 147 home runs while racking up a career Wins Above Replacement of 27.3.
