Tennessee Vols fans who are also Atlanta Braves fans got a rude surprise on Saturday evening.
During the Braves' game against the Houston Astros at Truist Park on Saturday, the stadium announced the final score of Tennessee vs Georgia game -- which received loud cheers from the crowd in Atlanta.
The Bulldogs beat the Vols 44-41 in overtime.

A lot of Vols fans are also Braves fans, so that scene at Truist park certainly had to hurt.
It was also a reminder that while many Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama, South Carolina, and even Florida fans root for the Braves, Atlanta is first and foremost Bulldogs country.
That might not be a popular statement with Tennessee fans, but it's the truth -- the Bulldogs are the primary college team associated with the Braves. And Truist Stadium gloating over Tennessee's loss to Georgia on Saturday night is all the proof you need (well, that and geography, of course).
