The 'Home Run leaders by MLB franchise' quiz

Happy 36th birthday to five-time MLB All-Star, two-time Silver Slugger, Home Run Derby champion, and 2017 National League MVP, Giancarlo Stanton!

Stanton has played his entire 16-year career with the Miami Marlins and New York Yankees, and will be remembered as one of the most intimidating hitters of his generation. In his eight years with the Marlins he became the franchise’s all-time leader in home runs with 267 before getting traded to the Yankees ahead of the 2018 season.

While injuries have cost him some significant playing time in Pinstripes, he was an indispensable piece of their run to the 2024 World Series. His four home runs and seven RBI in the 2024 ALCS got New York back to the World Series for the first time 2009 and an ALCS MVP trophy to put in his display case.

Which brings us today’s quiz. Stanton has 453 home runs and 1,169 RBI in his career. With that being said, how many of the players to lead each MLB franchise in home runs can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
