The 'Home Run leaders by MLB team' quiz

Since George Brett hit two home runs against the California Angels on Sept 26, 1993,  his record of 317 homers stood atop the Kansas City Royals all-time list.

But with a blast over the left field fence to tie the Royals July 25 contests against the Tigers, franchise legend Salvador Perez hit his  318th to finally break the record 11,990 days after it was set.

Perez is a nine-time All-Star, five-time Gold Glover and took home both a World Series and World Series MVP in 2015. Now in his 15th season, the veteran catcher already has a strong case for a spot in Cooperstown. An accomplishment like this only strengthens his case, even if this season as a whole hasn’t been his best.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players to hit the most home runs for each MLB franchise can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
