Happy 55th birthday to five-time MLB All-Star, 1996 Silver Slugger, 2002 Roberto Clemente Award and 2006 American League Comeback Player of the Year Award winner Jim Thome! Thome was a productive power hitter for 22 MLB seasons, spending the majority of them with Cleveland. He racked up the eighth-most home runs in MLB history with 612. That , along with his 2,328 career hits and 1,699 RBIs led him to a first-ballot induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Thome eclipsed the 30-home run milestone in 12 seasons. With that being said, can you name every player to reach that mark at least 10 times in their MLB career?
Good luck!
