Awards season is here for the 2025 MLB season, with the National and American League Rookies of the Year announced this Tuesday.
In the National League, Atlanta Braves catcher Drake Baldwin won the distinction after hitting .274 with a .341 on-base percentage to go with 19 home runs and 80 RBIs in his debut campaign. In addition to holding his own at the plate, Baldwin also started 85 games behind it. His 19 dingers trail only Earl Williams’ 31-home-run season in 1971.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Baldwin became the 10th Brave in franchise history to be named Rookie of the Year, and the third in the last decade. With that being said, can you name every National League Rookie of the Year since one player in each league earned the award in 1949 can you name in 10 minutes?
Good luck!
