
Happy 59th birthday to seven-time Gold Glover, three-time Silver Slugger, three-time batting champion and 2020 Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, Larry Walker!
The Maple Ridge, Canada native played in 17 MLB seasons, starting in 1989 with the Montreal Expos and played six seasons north of the border. He hit .281 with 99 home runs and 384 RBIs before signing with the Colorado Rockies in Free Agency ahead of the 1995 season. He spent a decade with the Rockies, where he won all of his batting titles and led the National League in home runs in 1997.
