Top 100 Prospects by Team
Mark J. Rebilas-Imagn Images

Earlier this week, Just Baseball released a mid-season update to our Top 100 Prospects ranking. Pre-season top prospects like Konnor Griffin, Kevin McGonigle, Nolan McLean, and many more have graduated, making room for plenty of exciting new names to join the list.

All of these changes mean the breakdown by team is also quite different. Some teams have more top-100 prospects, while others have fewer, and the exact ranking of your favorite team’s top prospects almost certainly looks different than it did before the season.

In this article, you’ll find all of Just Baseball’s Top 100 Prospects sorted by major league organization, going from the team with the most (the Milwaukee Brewers) all the way down to the one system that doesn’t have any representation on the list.

You can click on any player’s name within the tables below to read Aram Leighton’s full write-up on the Top 100 list.

Seven Top-100 Prospects: Milwaukee Brewers

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
1 Jesus Made 19 SS
16 Luis Pena 19 SS
29 Logan Henderson 24 RHP
37 Jett Williams 22 SS, OF
42 Luis Lara 21 OF
81 Jeferson Quero 23 C
90 Cooper Pratt 21 SS

No team has more top-100 prospects than the Brewers, who also have the top-ranked minor leaguer in the sport. The Brew Crew are pulling ahead in the NL Central, and their future looks just as bright as their present.

Six Top-100 Prospects: Los Angeles Dodgers

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
14 Mike Sirota 22 OF
18 Josue De Paula 21 OF
36 Eduardo Quintero 20 OF
40 Zyhir Hope 21 OF
41 River Ryan 27 RHP
67 Charles Davalan 22 OF

No matter how much some people want to push the narrative that the Dodgers are buying championships, this organization knows how to develop talent too.

Five Top-100 Prospects: Six Teams

Cleveland Guardians

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
17 Ralphy Velazquez 21 1B
22 Travis Bazzana 23 2B
43 Angel Genao 22 SS
44 Juneiker Caceres 18 OF
96 Braylon Doughty 20 RHP

Travis Bazzana will graduate soon, but for now, the Guardians have five prospects in the Top 100. They’re the only team that had three prospects rise more than 20 spots on the list.

Miami Marlins

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
12 Thomas White 21 LHP
25 Robby Snelling 22 LHP
31 Joe Mack 23 C
33 Aiva Arquette 22 SS
48 Karson Milbrandt 22 RHP

All five of Miami’s top-100 prospects are in the upper half of the list. They join the Brewers and Dodgers as the only systems with five top-50 prospects.

Minnesota Twins

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
8 Walker Jenkins 21 OF
39 Emmanuel Rodriguez 23 OF
61 Kaelen Culpepper 23 SS
86 Eduardo Tait 19 C
87 Charlee Soto 20 RHP

If Walker Jenkins can get healthy, he should be in Minnesota before the end of the year. The same goes for Emmanuel Rodriguez. Kaelen Culpepper is also looking MLB-ready down on the farm.

San Francisco Giants

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
24 Bryce Eldridge 21 1B
45 Josuar Gonzalez 18 SS
62 Luis Hernández 17 SS
64 Jhonny Level 19 SS
99 Bo Davidson 23 OF

Bryce Eldridge is the future of the Giants’ lineup, but he isn’t alone. Only the Brewers have more position player prospects in the Top 100.

Tampa Bay Rays

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
19 Theo Gillen 20 OF
49 Brody Hopkins 24 RHP
54 Nathan Flewelling 19 C
68 Cooper Flemming 19 SS, 3B
75 Taitn Gray 18 1B

The Rays have three newcomers on the Top 100, more than any other team. They also have one of the highest risers on the list: Theo Gillen, who climbed 56 spots.

Washington Nationals

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
23 Eli Willits 18 SS
52 Travis Sykora 22 RHP
58 Jarlin Susana 22 RHP
66 Devin Fitz-Gerald 20 2B
97 Seaver King 23 SS

The Nationals are developing a strong farm system under new president of baseball operations Paul Toboni, and their five players in the Top 100 are just some of the evidence. According to Aram, “The shift in the organization is clear from top to bottom.”

Four Top-100 Prospects: Five Teams

  • Athletics, New York Mets, New York Yankees, Seattle Mariners, St. Louis Cardinals

Athletics

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
4 Leo De Vries 19 SS
30 Gage Jump 23 LHP
50 Henry Bolte 22 OF
78 Wei-En Lin 20 LHP

Henry Bolte is one of only four newcomers to the Top 100 who cracked the upper half of the list. He joins Leo De Vries, the prize of the Mason Miller trade; Gage Jump, who just twirled a gem against the Cubs in his second MLB start; and fellow newcomer Wei-En Lin.

New York Mets

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
26 A.J. Ewing 21 OF
56 Jack Wenninger 23 RHP
77 Jonah Tong 22 RHP
98 Jacob Reimer 22 3B

The Mets are hoping their young players will help them turn their season around. A.J. Ewing has joined recent graduates Nolan McLean and Carson Benge in the majors, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Jonah Tong and Jack Wenninger in New York later this year.

New York Yankees

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
20 George Lombard Jr. 21 SS
53 Carlos Lagrange 23 RHP
72 Dax Kilby 19 SS
93 Elmer Rodriguez 22 RHP

The Yankees have an incredibly talented but injury-prone roster, so it’s a good thing they have several top prospects who could contribute to the major league team in the near future.

Seattle Mariners

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
2 Colt Emerson 20 SS
5 Ryan Sloan 20 RHP
10 Kade Anderson 21 LHP
84 Lazaro Montes 21 OF

Ryan Sloan is our top-ranked right-hander. Kade Anderson is our top-ranked southpaw. Somehow, neither of them is Seattle’s top overall prospect. That would be Colt Emerson, who is off to a strong start in the majors. Rounding out the group is Lazaro Montes, one of the biggest, strongest hitters on our list.

St. Louis Cardinals

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
15 Rainiel Rodriguez 19 C
85 Jimmy Crooks 24 C
88 Jurrangelo Cijntje 23 RHP
94 Liam Doyle 22 LHP

There are nine catchers on our Top 100, and the Cardinals have two of them. Rainiel Rodriguez recently earned a promotion to Double-A, while Jimmy Crooks made his MLB debut this past weekend. Things haven’t gone quite as well for the Cardinals’ top pitching prospects this season, but their talent has allowed them to stick at the back of the list.

Three Top-100 Prospects: Six Teams

  • Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers, Pittsburgh Pirates, Toronto Blue Jays

Atlanta Braves

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
32 Eric Hartman 19 OF
71 JR Ritchie 22 RHP
79 Cam Caminiti 19 LHP

Eric Hartman didn’t even make the pre-season Top 100. Now he’s Atlanta’s top-ranked prospect. As Aram puts it, “This is easily the most impressive prospect breakout of the year.”

Chicago Cubs

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
63 Josiah Hartshorn 19 OF, 1B
65 Pedro Ramirez 22 2B, 3B
95 Jaxon Wiggins 24 RHP

The Cubs are the only team with three top-100 prospects but none in the top 50. Josiah Hartshorn and Pedro Ramirez are newcomers to the list, while an injured Jaxon Wiggins has seen his stock fall.

Chicago White Sox

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
34 Caleb Bonemer 20 SS, 3B
51 Noah Schultz 22 LHP
70 Braden Montgomery 23 OF

A burgeoning core of young players is powering Chicago’s surprising success in 2026, and it might not be long before Braden Montgomery joins them. Caleb Bonemer is a little farther away, while an injury halted Noah Schultz eight starts into his rookie season. Nonetheless, things are looking up for the White Sox.

Detroit Tigers

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
7 Max Clark 21 OF
38 Josue Briceño 21 C, 1B
82 Bryce Rainer 20 SS

Max Clark is one of the fastest prospects on our Top 100, but there’s so much more to his game than just speed. He’s one of three very exciting position player prospects in the Tigers’ system.

Pittsburgh Pirates

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
6 Seth Hernandez 19 RHP
35 Edward Florentino 19 OF
91 Jhostynxon Garcia 23 OF

The Pirates already have Paul Skenes, Bubba Chandler, Braxton Ashcraft, and Jared Jones in their rotation, and they have the highest-upside pitching prospect in the game. The electric Seth Hernandez rose 43 spots in this update.

Toronto Blue Jays

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
27 Arjun Nimmala 20 SS
47 JoJo Parker 19 SS
74 Nolan Perry 22 RHP

Arjun Nimmala has turned things around after a disappointing finish to 2025. JoJo Parker is demonstrating why he was so highly regarded in last year’s draft. Nolan Perry has come out of nowhere to become the top pitching prospect in the organization. The Blue Jays have plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the top of their system.

Two Top-100 Prospects: Nine Teams

  • Arizona Diamondbacks, Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Philadelphia Phillies, Texas Rangers

Arizona Diamondbacks

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
21 Ryan Waldschmidt 23 OF
83 Kayson Cunningham 19 SS

Ryan Waldschmidt got his call to the majors a month ago, and he’ll graduate soon. Kayson Cunningham, one of the best pure hitters from the 2025 draft class, will replace him as Arizona’s top prospect.

Baltimore Orioles

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
80 Trey Gibson 24 RHP
92 Joseph Dzierwa 22 LHP

The Orioles sneak two prospects into the back end of the Top 100. Trey Gibson’s stock took a hit after a rough big league debut, but Joseph Dzierwa lands on the Top 100 for the first time amid a strong start to his professional career.

Boston Red Sox

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
3 Franklin Arias 20 SS
69 Anthony Eyanson 21 RHP

The Red Sox have graduated a lot of top prospects in the past couple of years. Franklin Arias, who climbed from No. 39 all the way to No. 3, is now the top name to watch in their system.

Cincinnati Reds

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
11 Alfredo Duno 20 C
55 Edwin Arroyo 22 SS

The arrow is pointing up for both of Cincinnati’s top two prospects. Alfredo Duno shot up from No. 42 to No. 11 on our latest update, while Edwin Arroyo is one of the highest-ranked newcomers.

Colorado Rockies

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
46 Ethan Holliday 19 SS
89 Charlie Condon 23 1B

If you follow prospects, you definitely know the names Ethan Holliday and Charlie Condon. The Rockies’ first overall picks from the last two years both have huge power potential that could make them very fun to watch in Coors Field.

Kansas City Royals

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
73 Kendry Chourio 18 RHP
76 Josh Hammond 19 SS

A pair of teenagers, Kendry Chourio and Josh Hammond, represent the Royals on the Top 100. It will be a few years before fans in Kansas City can expect to see them in the majors.

Los Angeles Angels

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
59 Tyler Bremner 22 RHP
100 George Klassen 24 RHP

Tyler Bremner is proving why the Angels took him second overall last summer. George Klassen, on the other hand, has been a bit of a disaster in 2026, and he just managed to hold onto his place in the Top 100.

Philadelphia Phillies

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
13 Aidan Miller 21 SS
60 Gage Wood 22 RHP

A back injury has kept Aidan Miller off the field for all of 2026 so far, but Gage Woood has been turning heads in what is (essentially) his first pro season.

Texas Rangers

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
28 Sebastian Walcott 20 SS, 3B
57 Caden Scarborough 21 RHP

Sebastian Walcott and Caden Scarborough both joined the Rangers organization in 2023. They’re now the team’s top two prospects.

One Top-100 Prospect: San Diego Padres

Top 100 Rank Prospect Age Position
9 Ethan Salas 20 C

The Padres may only have one top-100 prospect, but they’re one of only eight teams with a prospect in the top 10. Salas just barely made the cut before the season (No. 100), making him the highest riser on the list.

No Top-100 Prospects: Houston Astros

The Astros are the only team that isn’t represented in our top 100. Combine that with the way their season is going right now, and you have to wonder if it will convince them to sell big at the trade deadline.
