Tyler Heineman

The Blue Jays have reinstated catcher Tyler Heineman from the 7-day injured list. Known for his defensive skills, Heineman provides valuable depth behind the plate for the team. Two Designated for Assignment

The Blue Jays have designated infielder Michael Stefanic and catcher Ali Sánchez for assignment. Stefanic, added to the roster in May, brought reliability to the infield. Sánchez, promoted from Triple-A Buffalo that same month, contributed to the team’s depth at catcher.
