White Sox vs. Rangers Game Postponed Due to Rain

The Chicago White Sox and Texas Rangers game was suspended due to rain, leading to a rescheduling of the matchup. Originally set to open the series, the game was halted in the first inning after just four pitches, prompting a doubleheader to be scheduled for tomorrow.

Doubleheader Details

The straight doubleheader is set to begin at 4:10 p.m. CT, allowing fans to enjoy two games consecutively. Fans holding tickets for the originally scheduled 7:10 p.m. game on August 28th can attend both games of the doubleheader. 

The White Sox organization stated via X that season ticket holders, suite, and patio ticket holders receive credits to their accounts. Refunds for all other purchases for Tuesday's game will be available through individual ticket providers, including Ticketmaster.

Broadcast Information

Both games will be broadcast on NBC Sports Chicago, ESPN Radio AM-1000/FM-100.3 HD2, and WRTO-AM 1200/Univision Radio.
