Adin Ross has confirmed that Brand Risk Promotions will bring their unique brand of celebrity fights to Las Vegas for their next event.
UFC boss Dana White has been a big advocate for the show, appearing as a commentator at one event and more recently betting $10,000 that their next main event wouldn’t happen.
And according to influencer Bob Menery, who is scheduled to headline against ex-NFL star Johnny Manziel, the Meta Apex is set to host the show.
It’s the first time since Ross began promoting that they will come to the fight capital of the world for an event, and sanctioning will be stricter than Florida and Nashville.
During a recent live stream, Adin Ross confirmed that he will finally be bringing Brand Risk Promotions on the road to Las Vegas. He usually hosts events at his Miami warehouse, and once went to Nashville in order to get the one-eyed Charleston White sanctioned.
Ross didn’t explicitly state that they were coming to the Apex or give a date, opting to remain coy about details. The news comes after the streamer previously claimed that Hunter Campbell was doing everything possible to give them a venue.
“I’ll just tell you it’s 100 per cent going to be in Las Vegas,” Ross said of the event. “We have a date, we’re just waiting for a couple of things… I’ll be honest, we’re looking so f—ing good, dude… It’s almost set.”
Bob Menery has since posted that he will be fighting on May 23 at the Apex, but he also said the bout would take place on May 16 in previous messages. He shared a video with streamer N3on with a caption detailing a date and venue.
“Rehearsing our walkout at the Apex on May 23,” he wrote. “Fun stream last night. Took care of the World Series kid, got him for minor league baseball tickets this week. lol. I’m focused in camp.”
