Arman Outclasses Poullas In Their RAF Rematch

In the main event of RAF 7, UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan secured a 9-3 victory over Georgio Poullas, his second in succession.

While the early periods were defined by a cautious battle for position, Tsarukyan’s explosive finishing provided decisive. Tsarukyan capitalized on this pressure, moving ahead 2-0 deep into the second period. Poullas showed elite defensive hips, successfully sprawling out of a deep Tsarukyan takedown attempt.

However, Tsarukyan’s relentless forward pressure eventually forced another push-out point, extending his lead to 3-0 in the final frame. A wild scramble saw Tsarukyan earn exposure points, while Poullas managed a push-out to bring the score to 5-3.

Forced to gamble for a late win, Poullas lunged in, only for Tsarukyan to catch him in a perfect body lock. Tsarukyan then launched Poullas with a spectacular four-point throw, sealing the 9-3 final score just as the whistle blew. In his post-fight comments, Arman called out Colby Covington.

“I want that ‘bullsh*t guy’ Colby Covington. He talks too much in Florida, but let’s see him come here to the RAF mats and try that wrestling. I will throw him harder than I threw Georgio,” Arman said
