Coverage of BKFC Clearwater begins with the countdown show on YouTube at 7 pm ET/ 4 pm PT. Live action begins an hour later at 8 pm ET/ 5 pm PT. As always, this BKFC event can be seen live on DAZN.

BKFC Clearwater Main Event: No. 3 Contender Jared Warren vs. Joseph Creer

Although no titles will be at stake on the night this Friday, David Feldman’s promotion has trotted out a night of awesome contests. The bill is topped off by a wonderful matchup at light heavyweight. Former BKFC Light Heavyweight Champion and current No. 3 contender Jared Warren (7-3, 1 NC bare-knuckle) will square off against Joseph Creer (3-2 bare-knuckle), a veteran of the late Bellator MMA.

All fights during BKFC Clearwater will be an advertised maximum of five rounds at two minutes per round. Warren will be making his 11th walk to the ring in his bare-knuckle career having posted a mark of 3-1 with one no-contest in his last five appearances.

He comes in reeling from a first-round knockout defeat by way of a right hand from Mike Richman (7-2 bare-knuckle) in the BKFC Hollywood main event from Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL right before the Christmas holiday on Dec. 21, 2024. Although Jared Warren’s defense of light heavyweight gold proved unsuccessful at the dawn of the winter season, Friday’s fight marks a chance at redemption.

Should Jared Warren get his hand raised in victory here during the BKFC Clearwater main event of the evening, a rematch against Mike Richman becomes more tantalizing. Richman is due to fight for the title next weekend in Salt Lake City vs. Josh Dyer (4-1 bare knuckle). As for Warren, he has to take it one fight and one moment at a time, starting with Friday night.

Meanwhile, Joseph Creer will enter the main event with a record of 3-2 since joining the BKFC active roster. Currently, he’s looking to build off of a unanimous decision win over David Simpson (2-4 bare-knuckle) in Atlanta on Dec. 6. He’ll be playing the role of the heel on Saturday, especially since Jared Warren is a native Floridian.

It’ll undoubtedly be a partisan crowd for Warren on Friday night in Clearwater, so can Creer spoil the party? Tune in and find out.

BKFC Clearwater Co-Main Event: No. 4 Contender Ryan Reber vs. Matt Guymon

Immediately beforehand, the BKFC Clearwater co-main event of the evening sees action taking place in the bantamweight division. No. 4 contender Ryan Reber (6-1-1 bare-knuckle) meets Matt Guymon (2-0 bare-knuckle.)

Reber, nicknamed “Royal”, enters the co-main attraction having gone 2-2-1 in his last five bouts. He’s looking to get back in the win column this weekend after having dropped a first-round knockout at the hands of Alberto Blas (5-0 bare-knuckle), thwarting his bid for the BKFC Bantamweight Championship during BKFC 66’s main event on Sept. 14.

Much like Jared Warren in the main event following his, Ryan Reber is also headed out on the comeback trail on Friday night, A win in the co-main event would help his cause tremendously.

Across the way, Matt Guymon has posted a 2-3 record in his last five contests dating back to his amateur career. He’s on a two-fight winning streak going into this bout. Most recently, he scored a third-round TKO victory over Jacob Akin (0-1 bare-knuckle) after the fight doctor intervened following six minutes of action last September.

This is only his third bare-knuckle boxing match and second under the BKFC promotional banner. Can Matt Guymon build his resume with a win over ranked opposition in BKFC Clearwater?

BKFC Clearwater Featured Fight: No. 5 Contender Jomi Escoboza vs. No. 7 Contender Jay Jackson

Also on the BKFC Clearwater main card, the evening’s featured contest is an all-ranked affair at light heavyweight between two contenders trying to move their way up the ladder. No. 5 contender Jomi Escoboza (9-2 bare-knuckle), a former champion in BYB, locks horns with No. 7 contender Jay Jackson (5-3 bare-knuckle.)

Escoboza will head to Clearwater having posted a record of 3-2 in his last five fights. On Feb. 1, he returned to the win column in traditional boxing with a second-round knockout of Tyler Kaplan (0-1, 0 KOs) from Xtreme Action Park in Ft. Lauderdale in Level Up Fight Night. He hasn’t appeared in a bare-knuckle fight since June of last year, losing to the headlining Jared Warren in BKFC 62, a result that snapped a two-fight winning streak.

Now that he has the spotlight of the featured fight on him, will he make his BKFC return a successful one?

In the other corner, Jay Jackson, nicknamed “Action”, has gone 3-2 himself over the past five contests. He’ll enter on a two-fight winning streak, including a third-round TKO after the fight doctor stopped his contest with Kyle McElroy (2-5 bare-knuckle) due to the latter sustaining a cut on Feb. 28.

With both fighters ranked inside the top-7 of the weight class, this featured fight at BKFC Clearwater looks to be one of the night’s most thrilling pairings on Friday night. Which man emerges victorious?
