Andre Fili and Kai Kamaka III will meet for a third time at UFC Vegas 122 on October 10.

The featherweight matchup was first reported by MMA Junkie's Nolan King and will take place at the Apex in Las Vegas as part of UFC Fight Night 290. Fili enters the bout on a two-fight losing streak, while Kamaka is looking to rebound from a first-round stoppage loss to Luke Riley at UFC 329 in July.

Fili's UFC Tenure on the Line

The 36-year-old Fili has spent 13 years with the UFC, compiling wins over Cub Swanson, Bill Algeo, Charles Jourdain, Myles Jury, and Dennis Bermudez during his tenure. The Team Alpha Male product last won in August 2025, taking a split decision over Christian Rodriguez, but has dropped consecutive fights since.

Kamaka, 31, is in his second run with the promotion after going 1-2-1 in his first stint. The Hawaii native returned to the UFC following stints with Bellator and the PFL, where he secured victories over Pedro Carvalho, Bubba Jenkins, Henry Corrales, and Tony Kelley. His most recent outing saw him stopped by Riley on the UFC 329 undercard beneath Conor McGregor vs. Max Holloway II.

The Xtreme Couture fighter will look to salvage his 2026 campaign against one of the UFC's longest-tenured featherweights when the two collide in October.
