Joe Rogan snubs Dana White as he names ‘the greatest promoter of all time’

Joe Rogan believes that there’s a new top promoter in town.

Dana White is seemingly confident that Joe Rogan won’t be stepping away from his duties as a UFC commentator anytime soon.

The two men have both become some of the most important people in the history of mixed martial arts as the UFC has gone from strength to strength.

That doesn’t mean that Rogan and White always see eye-to-eye on everything, though they do share the sentiment of continuing to do their jobs because they love the sport.

Despite the work that they’ve done together, the UFC’s long-time color commentator recently made the case that a different promoter might be doing the role even better than his close friend.

Joe Rogan says Conor McGregor might be the greatest promoter of all time

Whether Joe Rogan does take a step back from being a UFC commentator or not, he’s always going to be one of the loudest voices in the sport.

The same can be said for the biggest star in the history of MMA, the former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion, Conor McGregor.

His larger-than-life personality has allowed him to transition from being a superstar fighter to a promoter with BKFC.

Whether McGregor is threatening to fire Mike Perry or dialing up the intensity to put a spotlight on a particular fight or event, the Irishman’s press conferences have always been must-watch.

Rogan spoke about this during a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience (#2396) alongside Andrew Schulz, where they watched a clip of McGregor telling people exactly what BKFC is all about which had them in hysterics.

“No love for the big glove, he might be the greatest promoter of all time,” Rogan stated.

The UFC commentator went on to say that the entertainment he brings to the events is all “charisma” and “talent”, before speaking on McGregor’s political ambitions.

“He could be the President of Ireland tomorrow.”

Conor McGregor was recently asked whether he’s a better promoter than Dana White

During a recent BKFC documentary from Ariel Helwani, Conor McGregor’s ability as a promoter was on full display.

‘The Notorious’ spoke about what makes BKFC different and was asked whether he believes he’s a better promoter than Dana White, which made him laugh.

“I do my thing. I am from the school of the Fertitta empire, you know? I was the protege of Mr. (Lorenzo) Fertitta and Mr. White. The lads done me great.”

McGregor said when he was asked about fighting at the White House that his job in BKFC is to put the fighters on a platform, which he certainly does by generating a lot of attention.
