ALF Reality 3, a Russian reality show similar to The Ultimate Fighter, has brought Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones back into a competitive environment.
Their feud dates back years, with two blockbuster fights, heated exchanges and one of the most intense rivalries in UFC history. Despite time passing, tensions have never fully disappeared.
Recent episodes suggested a calmer dynamic between the two, but their latest interaction has shown that old rows remain firmly in place.
During a segment on the show, Jones invited Cormier to grapple as part of a challenge. However, the former two-weight champion refused to take part.
“I’m not grappling. Money, more money [to do that]. He’s in love with me, he [Jones] wants to touch me,” Cormier replied after being called out by ‘Bones’.
Jones reacted strongly to the refusal, taking aim at his rival, saying: “So Daniel Cormier, being a little crybaby b——, ends up saying ‘Oh, we need to make this right,’.”

Earlier in the series, there were signs that Jones and ‘DC’ had eased tensions, particularly after a shocking incident where a fighter grabbed a knife during a brawl.
Jones stepped in during that moment, helping to defuse the situation and prevent further escalation. He also gave a speech mentioning how Cormier’s presence there was crucial to ALF Reality, while the 47-year-old reflected on leaving the show
However, this latest episode suggests that while the tone may have softened at times, the rivalry between the two remains very much alive.
