Medić Stops Rodriguez In 30 Seconds At UFC Belgrade

Uros Medić needed half a minute to stop Daniel Rodriguez in the UFC Belgrade main event Saturday, landing a soccer kick to the body and punches for the TKO finish. The Serbian welterweight extended his winning streak to four, all by first-round stoppage, in front of a home crowd.

Medić entered the bout 13-3 overall with first-round finishes over Gilbert Urbina, Muslim Salikhov and Geoff Neal in his last three Octagon appearances. Rodriguez came in on a three-fight win streak that included a decision over Kevin Holland last July and a TKO of Santiago Ponzinibbio in May 2025, per BJ Penn.

Stirling Stuns Blachowicz In Co-Main Event

Navajo Stirling stopped former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz at 2:56 of the first round, connecting with punches and elbows to keep his unbeaten record intact. The 28-year-old moved to 10-0 with his second straight finish inside six weeks, having stopped Ion Cutelaba in round two at his last outing.

Blachowicz dropped to 0-2-2 in his last four after the loss. The Polish veteran drew with Bogdan Guskov at UFC 323 in December and has suffered defeats to Carlos Ulberg and Alex Pereira during that stretch.

Aleksandar Rakic snapped a four-fight skid by taking a unanimous decision over Marcin Tybura in his heavyweight debut, sweeping the cards 30-27. Tofiq Musayev stopped Ľudovít Klein at 4:07 of round two in the featured prelim, handing Klein his first loss in his last nine bouts. The full UFC Belgrade card airs on Paramount Plus.
