Uros Medic and Daniel Rodriguez both made championship weight Friday for their UFC Belgrade headliner, with all fighters on the card hitting their marks ahead of the promotion's first trip to Serbia.
Medic and Rodriguez each weighed 171 pounds for Saturday's welterweight main event at Stark Arena, according to BJ Penn. Medic, born in Serbia, will fight in front of a home crowd as he looks to extend his winning streak to four. Rodriguez steps into the octagon for his first bout since his release from a Mexican jail on marijuana possession charges.
Former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz and Navajo Stirling both clocked in at 205 pounds for the co-main event. Stirling replaced Bogdan Guskov on short notice after Guskov was moved to last weekend's Abu Dhabi card, where he dropped a decision to Magomed Ankalaev. Blachowicz has gone 0-2-2 in his last four appearances and has not won since 2022. Stirling brings a perfect 10-0 record into the biggest fight of his career.
Aleksandar Rakic weighed 237.5 pounds for his heavyweight debut against Marcin Tybura, who tipped the scales at 254 pounds. The main card airs Saturday at 1 p.m. ET on Paramount Plus.
