Renato Moicano takes on Tom Nolan in Saturday's UFC Vegas 123 main event at the Meta APEX, with the veteran lightweight looking to extend his momentum against a rising prospect.
The card arrives on the heels of UFC 333, which MMA Fighting called one of the promotion's best events of the year. Moicano brings experience and craft to the lightweight headliner, while Nolan enters on a streak after keeping his promise to Cory Sandhagen by earning his UFC contract with a knockout, per Sherdog.
The co-main features 22-fight UFC veteran Randy Brown against undefeated welterweight Jacobe Smith. Brown weighed in at 170.5 pounds, with Smith coming in at the same mark. Flyweights Cody Durden and Ode Osbourne also meet on the main card, and featherweight Julian Erosa competes for the final time in his career against Jeong Yeong Lee.
Francis Marshall missed weight for his featherweight bout against Dakota Hope, tipping the scales at 148 pounds. The rest of the 12-fight lineup made weight without incident, according to Sherdog's weigh-in results.
MMA Fighting's Mike Heck and Jed Meshew broke down the stakes of the Moicano-Nolan matchup and how the APEX card stacks up against other 2026 editions in their preview show. The main card begins Saturday at the Meta APEX.
