Paddy Pimblett is ready for his next Octagon appearance.
Fresh off a statement 52-second submission win over Benoit Saint-Denis, the Liverpool star made clear that while he respects veterans like Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira, he'd much rather fight longtime rivals Ilia Topuria and Arman Tsarukyan.
Pimblett didn't hold back discussing his disdain for both lightweights. While acknowledging Topuria's skill, he chalked their ongoing feud up to personal dislike, and took aim at Tsarukyan's upbringing along the way.
"Don't get me wrong, I respect Ilia, but we've had beef for years. I think he's a little helmet, so I'd love to fight him and give him [a bad time]. Arman Tsarukyan, I've got no respect for at all. He's just a rich kid whose daddy's a millionaire… He's sitting there eating $2,000 caviar for breakfast," Pimblett
Despite Pimblett's interest, neither fight is immediately available. Topuria remains sidelined following his loss to Justin Gaethje, while Tsarukyan is already booked to face Mauricio Ruffy at UFC 331 on September 19, leaving Pimblett to wait his turn for either matchup.
