Rapper Ray J left champion wrestler Georgio Poullas temporarily unconscious while practicing his grappling ahead of his first fight this weekend.
The controversial reality TV star and musician will take on Supa Hot Fire, a veteran of Adin Ross’ fight show Brand Risk Promotions this weekend. However, their bout may be more competitive given that it is an amateur MMA fight, as opposed to boxing.
Before heading to Las Vegas for the massive event, Ray J spent some time at the Creators Inc house, where he met Poullas. He was also introduced to the legendary coach Eric Albarracin, who is one of the most renowned trainers in MMA and wrestling history.
Since his infamous set of RAF Wrestling matches with Arman Tsarukyan made him a household name in MMA circles, Georgio Poullas has capitalized in a major way. He has become one of the faces of the Creators Inc content house, and despite two defeats is one of RAF’s most recognizable stars.
He has begun a Kick streaming career, and made headlines when he knocked out rapper Crip Mac in a recent stunt. However, he was the one on the receiving end of being slept when rapper Ray J used him to demonstrate a rear naked choke he was learning.
Eric Albarracin had shown the musician the basics, and Poullas volunteered to see how he was progressing. It all seemed to be going to plan, before Ray J let go of the choke and Poullas flopped to the ground seemingly lifeless.
He very quickly woke up and insisted that he was okay to continue his stream, telling his audience: “That was real tight, he just choked me out, bro.” Asked if he was serious, Poullas replied: “Yeah, this is legit.”
