Ronda Rousey has been making a ton of noise ahead of her highly anticipated comeback.

The legend went on an epic rant about the UFC during a press conference promotion for her May 16 fight with Gina Carano.

UFC flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko caught a stray when Ronda Rousey ranted about fighter pay.

Why Maycee Barber sides with Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey caused uproar by accusing Valentina Shevchenko of selling explicit images of herself.

“It used to be that the UFC was the best place that you could come in combat sports to make a living and be paid fairly. Now, it’s one of the worst places to go,” the former UFC bantamweight champion said earlier this month.

“It’s why so many of their top athletes are going to find pay elsewhere. It’s why their champions, like Valentina, are selling pictures of their t–ties on OnlyFans.”

Shevchenko referenced Rousey’s 48-second KO loss to Amanda Nunes when replying to the accusation.

“It’s 2026. Fighters using OnlyFans is just a new way to connect with fans,” she wrote on X. “Looks like Ronda slept too long after her last fight in 2016.”

Just as the dust settles, flyweight contender Maycee Barber has shared her thoughts on the feud.

“Ronda Rousey is the reason why Valentina gets to fight in the UFC,” she told MMA Fighting.

“And Valentina’s lack of personality is the reason why Valentina has an OnlyFans.”

When is Maycee Barber’s next fight?

Maycee Barber stretched her win streak to seven in a row at UFC 323 in December.

The 27-year-old outpointed Karine Silva over three rounds to move one step closer to a title shot.

Barber hopes to secure a fight with 125lb queen, Valentina Shevchenko, on Saturday night.

‘The Future’ will face former champion Alexa Grasso in the UFC Seattle co-main event.

Grasso beat Barber by decision when they first fought at UFC 258 in February 2021.

Will it be a repeat or revenge? Only two more days until we find out at UFC Seattle.
