Topuria And Hokit Separated During UFC Freedom 250 Presser

Things nearly turned physical at the UFC Freedom 250 press conference, when undefeated heavyweight Josh Hokit and lightweight champion Ilia Topuria had to be separated by security.

This was after a confrontation that escalated quickly. The flashpoint came when Hokit interrupted the translator delivering Alex Pereira's response to a media question. Hokit began directing verbal shots at Pereira. Pereira, for his part, sat calmly and did not take the bait.

Topuria, however, did. The lightweight champion rose from his seat and fired back at Hokit, and within seconds security was physically intervening to prevent the two from reaching each other.
