Credit: Mark J. Rebilas-Imagn Images

What a night! UFC 312 is in the books, and it's time to recap the knockouts, submissions, and all-out wars. Let's break down the most insane finishes that stole the show.

Quillan Salkilld, Tallison Teixeira won Performance of the Night bonuses. Rongzhu and Kody Steele won Fight of the Night.

Lightweight Bout:

Quillan Salkilld vs. Anshul Jubli
KO
Quillan Salkilld, aka "The Stache Bash," delivered a one-hitter-quitter—a devastating overhand right to knock out Jubli. Salkilld secured the second-fastest knockout in Lightweight debut history at just 19 seconds. "Stache Bash" isn't official, but after this performance, it should be.

Featherweight Bout:

Jack Jenkins vs. Gabriel Santos
Submission

  • Round 1: Jenkins lands a massive right high kick, dropping Santos. Jenkins follows up with ground-and-pound, landing a barrage of punches. But not so fast—Santos counters with a triangle choke that nearly puts Jenkins to sleep. Then, like Houdini, Jenkins escapes.
  • Round 2: Santos dominates Jenkins in the ground game, maintaining control and wearing him down.
  • Round 3: Santos stuns Jenkins with a solid front kick to the head, setting up a rear-naked choke for the submission. Santos did not let that Round 1 head kick faze him—he closed this one out strong.

Heavyweight Bout:

Justin Tafa vs. Tallison Teixeira
KO
Teixeira wasted no time in his UFC debut—just 35 seconds to be exact.

A knee to the body set up a massive elbow shot to the bridge of Tafa's nose, knocking him down. Teixeira sealed the KO on the ground with a couple of precision shots to the side of the head.
