UFC Seattle was full of knockouts and submissions from the prelims themselves. But fans definitely didn’t want to see Israel Adesanya losing the fight via TKO as he’d previously gotten knocked out by Nassourdine Imavov. And now, Joe Pyfer TKO’d Adesanya in round 2. It was the biggest win of Pyfer’s career, as one or two more wins can lead him to his title shot. But now, fans are concerned about ‘Izzy’s’ fourth consecutive loss.

Former flyweight champ Alexa Grasso made a strong comeback, finishing Maycee Barber. Grasso defeated Barber by KO (left hand) at 2:42 of round 1. The former flyweight champ landed a clean left hand that dropped Barber, and although she instinctively went for a choke, the punch had already done the damage.

It was a fairy tale ending for Michael Chiesa as he ended his UFC career on a perfect note by submitting Niko Price in the first round. Chiesa defeated Price via rear-naked choke. The UFC veteran retired with a four-fight win streak and closed his career with a clean, emotional victory.
