The UFC returns today, Oct. 11, to one of the world’s hotbeds of MMA as they host an event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for UFC Fight Night 261: Oliveira vs. Gamrot.
Charles Oliveira and Mateusz Gamrot headline the card in a high-stakes contender clash that might determine a future title challenger in an incredibly stacked lightweight division. Despite one of the fights getting cancelled due to a positive drug test, the entire fight card is filled with Brazilian talent and has the makings of potentially being one of the most thrilling cards this year that don’t fall under the pay-per-view category.
For UFC viewers, the event will run relatively early today compared to fight nights that take place in the U.S. due to the advanced time zone in Rio de Janeiro.
Here is a full list of every fight on the card, along with approximate start times for each segment in chronological order:
Prelims Start: 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT
Main Card Start: 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT
Main Event Start: approximately 9:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. PT
How to Watch: The entire event will be available for streaming with an ESPN+ subscription for no extra cost.
This card promises to deliver explosive fights that will only be amplified by a lively Brazilian crowd cheering for their countrymen and countrywomen to put on a spectacular show inside the Octagon at Rio de Janeiro’s Farmasi Arena.
