Sean O’Malley has established himself as one of the biggest superstars in the current UFC roster. His vast appeal makes for some interesting collaborations every now and then. The bantamweight champion is a true showman and knows how to get the attention of fight fans. The master of self-promotion recently got an opportunity to train with NFL team Arizona Cardinals.
The UFC posted the clips of the meeting on their social media as a collaborative promotion between two sporting companies. In the video, O’Malley received his training at his hometown team. Fans observed ‘Suga’ working out with Cardinals QB Kyler Murray while donning the club’s shirt. As expected the bantamweight champion looked smaller in size in comparison to the NFL superstars.

They shook hands and posed for photos with everybody holding O’Malley’s UFC belt. The UFC champion then played football and received some throws. For O’Malley, it was a good refreshment session ahead of his highly anticipated matchup on September 14. O’Malley will defend his UFC bantamweight title against Merab Dvalishvili at The Sphere in Las Vegas at UFC 306.

It’s a momentous occasion as the arena hosts its inaugural combat sports event over Mexican Independence Weekend. On top of that, the Sphere is the dream project for Dana White, who has spent over $20 million on it. However, O’Malley has no pressure and is chilling with the Arizona Cardinals.
As expected, many fans were shocked to see Sean O’Malley collaborating with the Arizona Cardinals. Fans loved the intersections and were rather impressed by O’Malley’s receiving skills. However, over everything, this made fans more excited about the upcoming mega-fight between him and Dvalishvili.
