Things are going well for Kyle Busch on the track at Watkins Glen. That doesn't mean he feels good inside of the car. Busch has radioed his team and requested that they have a doctor on hand for when the race is over.

According to Dustin Long of NBC Sports, Busch keyed up his radio and asked his team to get Dr. William Heisel. The doctor works in the NASCAR industry with drivers and pit crew members. Busch has been fighting a sinus cold during the week.

"In an even & measure voice Kyle Busch asked his team to find Dr. William Heisel and that he will need him after the race," Long reported on social media. "Dr. Heisel has extensive work with teams, drivers and pit crew members. Busch did not elaborate on the radio for why he is making the request."

Kyle Busch is still racing hard as the final stage begins. He won't give up on this run easily. Busch has been fighting what Mike Joy called a sinus cold all week. Busch said that he's going to "need a shot" after he gets out of the car.

It doesn't appear to be an issue that needs urgent attention. If it were, he would get out of the car and get taken car of. However, it is a situation to keep an eye on. Drivers don't just casually ask for medical assistant that far in advance.

Hopefully, all is good with Kyle Busch. He's been having the best race of his season so far today, and he needs to try to finish the job now.
