Kyle Busch Selling Second Home With Massive Dream Garage and Toys

Kyle Busch has earned tens of millions of dollars in his Hall of Fame NASCAR Cup Series career. In 2024, he was reportedly the highest-paid driver in the sport and earned $16.9 million, according to Front Office Sports.

With so much money, it’s no surprise that the 40-year-old owns multiple houses. And as of this week, he’s looking to own one less as he put one of his properties on the market.

Busch shared details of the sale on Instagram, saying: “We love this piece of land and the amazing barndominium but right now we just don’t have enough time to spend there. We can’t wait for someone to love it as much as we have!”

He shared the basic details, including it is 14,983 square feet on 35 acres.

The online listing says it’s “thoughtfully designed for automotive collectors, off-roading enthusiasts, and those seeking space to live boldly and features two fully independent living quarters—each with its own kitchen and living area—and 4 generous bedrooms, perfect for guests or multi-generational living.”

Photos show a saltwater pool, a private bar and club, a massive garage that also serves as a gymnasium and includes a rock climbing wall, basketball court and expansive off-road terrain.

What’s interesting is this is the second time in three years for the two-time Cup Series champion to put one of his houses up for sale. In early June 2023, his family listed another 15,000-square-foot property on Lake Norman. That property, however, was listed for a jaw-dropping $12.9 million.
