Kyle Busch swapped roaring engines for the crack of a baseball bat this week, enjoying a family night out with his son Brexton at a Gastonia Ghost Peppers game.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion shared the moment with fans on Instagram, posting a story from the ballpark that quickly grabbed attention across the racing community.

“Brex & I are hanging out with the @gastoniaghostpeppers tonight!” Busch captioned, showing the pair mingling with fans and signing autographs.

The Ghost Peppers, a minor league baseball team based in North Carolina, hosted Busch and his son as part of a casual evening away from the racing grind.

For Busch, who has built his career on speed and fierce competition, the relaxed setting offered a rare glimpse into his family life.

Brexton, now carving his own path in youth racing, has become a fan favorite in his own right, regularly appearing alongside his father at NASCAR events and in behind-the-scenes content.

The moment struck a chord with fans, many of whom celebrated seeing one of NASCAR’s biggest stars embracing everyday family experiences.

Busch’s presence at a local ballpark highlighted not only his connection with grassroots sports but also the importance of family in a profession often defined by high stakes and relentless schedules.

While the NASCAR playoffs loom large on the horizon, Busch’s night in Gastonia was a reminder that even the sport’s fiercest competitors find time to step back, share moments with their kids, and soak in life away from the track.
